MARIA FOX

1997-2000

Maria studied nursing at Loyola University of Chicago for her undergraduate degree in nursing, and spent 1 year in Bolivia becoming fluent in Spanish and volunteering. She has been living in Chicago for the past several years and recently obtained her doctorate degree in nursing. She is now a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner working in community health. She also recently got married!

When reflecting on her time at RMS, Maria shared:

"I have a lot of positive memories of RMS which is great because it was my first time in school! I spent a lot of time there including summer school. I remember reading a lot in the reading corner, gardening and cleaning vegetable, and coloring pictures of princesses with my friends!"
