Good Morning Parents,
We are busy finalizing the student materials pickup for Tuesday, March 17th. Please read through the following information to be sure you do not make an unnecessary trip to RMS. Regarding Enrollment contracts: The fee for late enrollment contracts will be waived for all families that submit their contracts during the first week of our students’ return to school. However, if at all possible, we would really appreciate you either sending them in by email or dropping them off Tuesday if you are coming to school. The office will be open during the scheduled materials pickup for anything you want to drop off. Material pick up will take place between 10 am and 4 pm. If you are not able to pick up on Tuesday, March 17th or you do not feel comfortable doing so, please contact me and I will try to work something out with you. I do not want your children to go without these materials if you cannot make this schedule work for you!
Adolescents : Pick up materials in your classroom, doors will be open and instructions will be posted there. There are books that will be going home with you.
Upper Elementary Program and Nicole and MaryKay- Extended Day only Material pickup will take place in the hallway of the first level. Nicole’s classroom door for her students and Green Meadow materials at the north end of the 1st level hallway.
Lower Elementary Program and Beth and Melissa’s classroom: Material pickup will take place in the hallway of the 2nd level by your child’s classroom door.* Beth and Melissa’s material pickup is optional. Beth will send out an email about this tomorrow to her parents.
Diane and Kathy – I will be sending out a separate email for parents with children in Diane and Kathy’s classroom. You do not need to pick up any materials at school on Tuesday.
